The Role
As the SEO Lead you will work with a diverse range of high profile clients. This hybrid working position involves 3 days a week at the London office. Working alongside the social media team you’ll have a level of autonomy as the top tier SEO. Your task will include servicing clients as well as building an SEO team around you, that you will go on to manage. As a result this position has the potential for a high degree of career growth within the agency for the right person.

This role would suit someone who likes to be hands-on and in the driving seat when it comes to SEO. About You
Must Have
- 3 years experience in an SEO role.
- Enthusiasm for SEO. You stay abreast of the latest industry news and trends and have a deep understanding of Google’s search algorithm.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Expert in using Google Search Console and experienced in 3rd party SEO software such as SEMRush, Moz, ScreamingFrog and others.
- Skilled in SEO strategy, planning, implementation and managing SEO campaigns.
- You are smart when it comes to Google analytics. You can set up, track and analyse.
- Reporting and presentation skills and can share data with people in an engaging way.
- Knowledge of online reputation management techniques and solutions.
- Proficient content management skills: Wordpress/ HTML.
- Strong analytical mindset and good time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Savvy with Excel/ Google sheets.
- Able to work in London 3 days a week.
- A self starter who can take the initiative, but also work as part of a team.
Nice To Have
- Experience in online PR.
- Previously worked within an agency environment.
- Thought leadership.You write, blog or publish your own content about SEO.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and split testing.
