The Company
Join a team of strategists, tacticians and creatives with a data-driven approach. With a wealth of experience in B2B and lead generation campaigns, the business is looking to expand the B2B team. The consultancy develops clever content, paid advertising and social media strategies to help clients meet their business goals. 

The Role 
Suits an enthusiastic person ready to manage a multi-industry client portfolio. You will monitor and consult on paid channels and deliver engaging marketing campaigns centred around ROI. 

The aim is to help grow the newly formed B2B arm of the business. The Paid Media Manager will need to think commercially and provide strategic input to the direction and growth of lead gen services.

You’ll take on management of approximately 10 clients. The role’s longer term growth ambitions will extend beyond paid media as you work closely with the research & insights teams.

What does a successful first 12 months look like?

● Retain all current clients and drive growth across accounts where possible.
● Take complete ownership of campaign activities for B2B clients.
● Bring in new B2B paid media clients by supporting the Business Development Team.
● Support the development of research, insights, and content development.
● Deliver good team comms and visibility on all the accounts.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage Lead generation campaigns. Set up, optimise and report. 
● Use LinkedIn to target audiences for clients.
● Write ad copy, test creative and find the best performer. 
● Track, report and optimise campaign performance and budgets.
● Communicate progress and success with internal teams and clients.


About You

● Experienced in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram) and some experience in LinkedIn Ads would be advantageous for his role.
● Well-versed in the B2B space.
● An analytical mindset. You will be confident with both reporting and optimisation. 
● Have strong copywriting skills, with an understanding of audience and tone of voice. Excellent grammar is a must, but a flair for creative copywriting is even better!
● Confident in working individually and as part of a team.
● Organised and agile in your approach to managing time and workload.
● Able to hit the ground running.
● Proactive, but can also take direction. You can work both efficiently and independently.
● Entrepreneurial with a keen eye for business, and an interest in growing in the space.
● Enthusiastic. We all love what we do. We need someone who’ll share that enthusiasm with us!
