Our client is looking for a passionate, talented head of web development to join their team and work with a range of clients across multiple industries.

ROLE

You will be responsible for digital design, programming, and engaging audiences.

Web Development. Leading builds, coding, web apps, and working with the creative team.

Client Account Management. Plan and develop projects from concept through to completion. Build and manage excellent client relations, and implement quality control.

Team Leadership and Training. You’ll be adept and confident at managing a team of devs, as well as selecting, motivating, and training staff.

MUST HAVES
 

• Full Stack or Wordpress development: experience of 6+ years.
• Team management: 3+ years experience.
• HTML, CSS, Sass: strong knowledge.
• JavaScript/AJAX, PHP, and MySQL: heavyweight experience.
• Web standards, accessibility, and best practices: solid understanding.
• Debug code written by other developers: good ability.
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Git version control: experienced.

GOOD TO HAVE
 

• Dev Ops (Plesk VPS and AWS): experience
• Front End frameworks: experience
• Website security techniques: knowledge.
• SEO best practices: competent.
• Adobe Suite design software: skills and knowledge of.
